Hyrum Stake Youth Information

  Youth Conference Agenda: Theme: "If ye love me, keep my commandments." John 14:15  Friday, April 26, 2019 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Stake Center President & Sister Dymock will talk about mission preparation. Brother Tom Nelson will talk about the temple & patriarchal blessings. Saturday, April 27, 2019 It is recommended to leave around 7:00 a.m. Saturday morning.  It is anticipated that we will arrive home between 9:00 and 9:30 p.m. We will need a final attendance count for Temple square no later than April 12th, 2019.  Please submit this new form with numbers as close as you can get them: https://forms.gle/EE8C8L3qY27RDeX69 We have been informed that we need to be able to match the requested dietary-restricted meals to a specific person.  Please follow the instructions in the form to request the meals with dietary restrictions. Youth and leaders will be logging into FamilySearch, and will need their LDS.org username and password to do so.  Temple

We're excited to have our Hyrum State 2019 youth conference coming up on April 26th and 27th. We need to have a rough estimate of the number of youth and adults who will be attending as soon as we can. Please submit initial numbers by 5 p.m. on Sunday, March 10th .  This does not need to be an exact count, just a quick count of likely attendance. We will need to have solid numbers by April 12 so that we can pay for the youth conference. Here is  link for each ward/branch to enter in number estimates. Attendance Count: Information we will need to have: 1. A count of young women and young men who may attend (collected now) with a final count in April. 2. The number of adults planning to attend.  We've been asked to send at least one adult per eight youth. 3. The number of drivers so that we can get parking passes.  We will need to have the final count by April 19th. 4. Any dietary restrictions.  We'll need to know this at least two weeks before.
